Main Features:

1) The homogenizing emulsifier device of this machine can reach to the bottom of the kettle and can be emulsified by circulating in the emulsifying head. The high speed emulsifying device is combined with the Disperser Equipment scraping effect, the raw material will form a strong circulating floc flow, no dead Angle, the product can be fully mixed, emulsified, dispersed and homogenized, forming a good uniform molecular structure. This kind of emulsifying system has better emulsifying effect than the traditional one.
2) The sandwich structure can be used for heating and cooling directly. There is a spiral guide plate in the cooling process to make the material cool more fully.
3) rotary vane vacuum pump is not only used for raw material suction, save manpower. Adopt vacuum suction, especially for powder materials to avoid dust flying. The whole process is carried out under vacuum condition to prevent bubbles from being produced after high speed stirring, which can meet the hygienic asepsis requirements. It can also be used to remove bubbles to make the product structure more compact and shiny, and to achieve a longer shelf life. Water seal type pump does not produce oil and gas, suitable for GMP factory specifications.
