Product introduction
Working principle:
Material in high shear emulsifying machine vacuum homogeneous pot by mixing ptfe on the box scraper (sweep scraper always cater to pot body wall, hang a wall sticking material), continuously produce new interface, repass box agitator and its reverse mixing blade, the material cut, compression, fold, the stirring, mixing and flows downward to the bottom of the pot body homogenizer, Through the high-speed rotation of the rotor and stator generated between the strong shearing, impact, turbulence and other processes so that the material in the shear seam is cut, quickly broken into 200nm~2μm particles. Material particle, emulsification, mixing, leveling, dispersion and so on can be completed in a short time.
Due to the vacuum high shear homogeneous pot in a vacuum state, the material in the process of stirring the bubbles are timely pumped away. After homogenization, raise the lid of the pot and press the dump button switch to discharge the materials in the pot to the container outside the pot (or open the low valve and pressure valve directly discharge materials).
