Product Application

Root food mill can be appied for producing high end drinks, like nutrition drkins, nutrition powders, food additives etc. The mill has adopted ceramic material and could perfom 0 pollution to the food materials. It is one of the best choices for high end food material! 

The working force between Grinding Media and material is generated from the high-speed rotation of dispersing device(disc, pin or paddle). Under the force of viscous resistance, Grinding media and material moves along with dispersing device and be thrown to the cylinder inner wall by centrifugal force, forming double-circle turbulence. The strong inter-movements of grinding media form great cutting, pressing and abrasive force, making the material change shape and generate stress-field. When that stress reaches material yielding and breading limit, the material will be deformed plastically or pulverized. The un-pulverized material will be thrown back to the cylinder inner wall by centrifugal force. In this zone, the density of grinding media reaches the highest point, thus making the pulverization more powerful. The fine final products will be separated from grinding media by separator and be discharged from the bead mill.

4. Technical Parameter

Main Features

1) Patent grinding disc structure of the food milll has a bigger action area for the grinding media. Bigger shearing force and higher efficiency.

2) Double cooling systems for the chamber and end cap. The dissolvent which is compatible with grinding material can be added as cooling agency to reduce the production loss because of the leakage.

3) Feeding device: USA imported pneumatic diaphragm pump or frequency control gear pump is optional as clients’ requirements. Feeding and discharging tubes are imported USA with good solvent resistant property.

4) High security property. The ceramic food mill will automatically stop working when there is water shortage, air pressure shortage or over-high material temperature.

5) Grinding chamber and rotor is made of high wear resistant alloy steel which has no metallic pollution and discoloring. PU and ceramic material are optional according to actual condition.

6) Reasonable design for inner and outer structure allows stable performance with no vibration and noise.

7) Ceramic and PU material are optional.

8) Frequency control and PLC are optional
