The slit ring (very small flow area) and static screen used in conventional sand mills are difficult to separate small-sized media. 2. Horizontal centrifugal sanding equipment.

In this case, there have been many pin sand mills with complex structures. After several years of artificially complex sand mill design, people finally began to simplify the complex. Since the real abrasive only appears in the abrasive area with a certain energy density, the low energy area only generates heat. There is only the outer ring area of the maximum line speed in the high energy density area. On this basis, a centrifugal sand mill was produced. The centrifugal sand mill can concentrate more materials to be ground in the high-energy area, greatly improving the grinding efficiency.
