Working process of intermittent high shear emulsifier

* The high spinning rotor forms a negative pressure area at the central part or the rotor, thus it inhales the materials from

both the top and the bottom feeding areas of the working head into the working chamber.

* The powerful centrifugal caused by the high spinning rotor throws the materials along the tangent direction in to the narrow space of the stator, the materials are being squeezed and impacted by the centrifugal force, the materials are dispersed.

* The high spinning rotor causes a substantially high line speed, and very powerful machanical shear, liquid friction, impact and tear, made the materials fully dispersed emulsified and being homogeneous, meantime sprayed from the stator slot.

* Materials are continuously sprayed along the radial, the flow direction will be changed by the material itself and the vessels resistance, at the same time under the effect of the negatve prssure area of the rotor, the material is being re-inhaled, formed a sever inverting turbulence.After the repeated circulation, the dispersing,emulsifying ,and homogenous process are being finished eventually.
