1. Introduction

Filter Cart consists of a stainless steel bag type filter, pneumatic diaphragm pump, air filter and release valve, single air control valve, All the components are on the cart. It can be removed to any place of the production line.

Filtration Cart manufactured by Chile company is mainly used for filtrating mid-and-high viscous liquid. It is widely used in industries such as coating, printing ink, dyestuff, adhesives, resin, polymer etc..

2. Main Features

After entering into the filter, the liquid medium flow in from the top of the filtration bag to enable the liquid can be distributed evenly on the whole surface of the filtration bag. The liquid distribution on the whole surface can be basically constant and uniform. Slight negative effect from the turbulent flow, good filtration result.

Bag type filter is characterized in simple and reasonable structure with good air tightness, good flow capability, easy operation. The possibility of bag side leakage is slim and the filtration accuracy can be ensured accurately. It is easy to exchange filtration bag.

The inside and outside surface of the filter is mirror polished for easy clean. Bag Type Filter can also be customized, filter with heating jacket or adjustable supporting legs are optional.

Stainless steel removable cart with brake wheels for easy move. It comply with Explosive requirement without electric spark.
