The operation of the vacuum sealed basket grinding machine drives the dial rod and the bottom of the dispersing plate to rotate at high speed, so that the upper part of the dispersing plate and the inside of the basket cavity form a vacuum, and the slurry is sucked into the basket grinding cavity.The dial rod drives the grinding medium in the cavity to produce forces in all directions. The particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, and the particle size becomes smaller and the particle size range becomes narrower.The high speed operation of the dispersing plate produces the eddy current to suck out the material in the cavity and recycle it to the feed. It has a very significant dispersing and mixing effect. The hydraulic plunger is driven up and down by the hydraulic pump, and the whole transmission mechanism and grinding device are driven up and down.
