CXJ50 Hydraulic lifting high speed Planetary Mixer



The basic structure of CXJ50 planetary mixer includes electric boiler body lifting type, single direct measuring material temperature mode, and double stirring shaft. The material of inner tank, middle layer and outer layer are SUS304 (outer layer plus insulation asbestos); After turning the inner wall, the mirror is polished to ensure good roundness. The plane of the upper flange of the mixing barrel is matched with the flange of the upper barrel body; (The sealing ring is cancelled) the bottom of the barrel is equipped with a G1 "(DN25) discharging ball valve; The bottom is equipped with 4 rollers and a handle. The inlet and outlet water interface is G1/2", and the jacket can be cooled or heated by cold water (oil) or hot water (oil) to the processed material (the design limit heating temperature is 240 degrees). Double agitator low clearance design, no dead Angle, low speed agitator impeller strong kneading interference movement and up/down/left/right circulation movement, to ensure full mixing of materials. The vacuum device, frequency conversion speed regulation, temperature display (control), spotlights, lifting, emergency stop and other functions are displayed and operated on the power distribution cabinet.
