The vacuum homogenizing emulsifier has strong non-standard property and can be reasonably configured according to the customer's process. It is suitable for the products requiring emulsification and mixing in vacuum state. It can be easily equipped with low-speed wall scraping and mixing for the emulsification and mixing of high viscosity products. Can be equipped with pipe type high shear emulsifier, suitable for dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing and other processes. Available with: batching system, discharging system, cooling and heating temperature control system, vacuum system, nitrogen protection, pH on-line measurement control, CIP cleaning system, etc. Wide application range, strong process controllability. It can be made into sanitary grade, suitable for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and other industries or pilot test.

The powerful motor of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier rotates at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is inhaled from the upper and bottom of the rotor and stator. The center of the upper part of the inner part is stirred, and the PTFE scraper always meets the wall of the stirring pot and sweeps the sticky material hanging on the wall, so that the material being scraped constantly generates new interface. The agitator with the high line speed of the stator shear, so that the material in the gap between the stator and the rotor through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, strong shear after flying out, under the action of a variety of forces in different directions, produce strong turbulence; Because the emulsifying pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated in the stirring process of the material are taken away in time.
