Discharging way

The lid of the emulsifier is hydraulic/electric lifting type, and the discharging mode is the tilting type of the emulsifying pot body turning over or the discharging mode at the bottom under pressure with pump conveying. The suitable treatment mode can be selected according to different products.

The temperature control

The heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and controlled automatically. It can also be heated by steam, and the material can be cooled by connecting cooling water in the interlayer. The operation is simple and convenient.

Mixing way

Homogeneous stirring and blade stirring can be used separately or simultaneously.Material granulation, emulsification, mixing, blending and dispersing can be completed in a short time.
